TnT for Coaches
Arranging to compete has never been simpler! As a mananger, you need only enter your team's information once, and then you may register for as many meets as you please without ever filling out another form. First, you will be asked to input basic information about your team - the name of the team and it's coaches, the name and location of the home gym, and the region in which the team competes. Then, you will be asked to provide athletes' names, birthdays, USAG numbers, and the levels and events in which the athletes compete. TnT Master keeps track of team member data and allows registration simply by checking a box next to the athlete's name. Of course, team data may be updated at any time, including the addition or deletion of members.
Registered coaches or team managers automatically receive email notification of upcoming meets as they are posted to TnT Master. To learn about upcoming events, use the list shown on the "Register for a Meet" page in our "Team Managers" section or visit our "Upcoming Events" calendar page. Information is also accessible by mousing over the dates shown in red on the small calendar displayed on every page of the TnT Master website. Clicking an event name in any of these locations will reveal all the details of the event, including a map to the meet location, and will give you the opportunity to start the registration process.
TnT Master will handle your registration from start to finish, and will even allow you to pay your registration fees online, via credit card. Managers will receive confirmation of their registration via email, and they will be able to follow other team's registrations as they occur. Further, once the registration deadline has passed, you will be able to return to TnT Master to view the flight schedule for the meet, which TnT Master creates automatically based upon athlete registrations.
During the meet, coaches may use their personal mobile device to view judges scores in real time, presented individually as well as in a leaderboard format. Realtime scoring capability will allow athletes to better evaluate their competition and fine-tune their own performance.
Finally, immediately after the meet is completed, TnT Master will provide access to all the scoring information generated during the meet. No more waiting for the scoresheets to be collected and tallied. As the scoring system for the meet, TnT Master is able to provide complete scoring information instantly.
